Solution: Bigfish Technology provided initial day to day support and then moved forward to provide a fully upgraded server and client side IT environment. We now manage all of their operating locations which includes 35 computers that provide for all IT and communicates. This paperless business relies 100% on their computers for every day to day function. As part of this support we also supply of all hardware and software and work with medical suppliers to ensure smooth electronic communication is provided at all times.

This customer came to Bigfish in the middle of the 2009 Global Financial Crisis when they were looking for an IT partner.

This customer has three separate sites that are interconnected via a managed network and require mission critical applications to meet government regulations. In 2009 Bigfish supplied and installed servers to a new wholesale distribution business also owned by the same owner.  All day to day IT operations of all businesses are now completely managed by Bigfish Technolgoy which has delivered dramatic speed improvements providing massive time and cost savings to staff.

Solution Provided: In 2004 Bigfish Technology provided full server and workstation setup, including support & maintenance for the entire network of over 15 computers. We have continued this relationship by providing firewall protection, backup systems, upgrades and enhancements, and general computer support as required by the customer. In 2009 we were employed again to provide a new server solution (including data migration) and continue to provide ongoing support.  This customer now enjoys the flexability provided to owners of remotely updating and working on patient records.
